Vista Remodeling has been professional and knowledgeable of how to fix the issues in my bathroom from the moment they stepped into the mess. I had an unprofessional and unskilled contractor in there before that left a mess for Vista and myself to deal with. I interviewed a few contractors, and Vista instilled the most confidence in me that they could get the work done quickly and without sparing quality, and they haven’t let me down. Their quality of work, attention to detail, and speed is top notch. Vista has been willing to do things the right way from the ground up, even if it takes a little more time and work than originally expected. In my case, the flooring of the bathroom, shower walls, and a shower bench seat had to be torn out and rebuilt as the existing flooring was not level, and the walls were not sufficiently secured to the floor and ceiling to allow for a long lasting installation. If we had not fixed these issues, the tile grout would have likely started cracking within a year or two. Vista provided additional recommendations for my crawl space beneath my restroom and in my bathroom that I would not have thought of myself as I’m not regularly engaged in bathroom remodels. All in all, Vista has rebuilt my bathroom from the ground up complete with new plumbing, an entirely new shower with bench seat, new toilet, mosaic and flat tile work, rough carpentry, dryer venting, insulation, a ceiling fan, and all associated painting and baseboard finish work. The price is justified for the quality of work and professionalism received, and I would highly recommend Vista Remodeling to anyone who is motivated to get a quality remodel done in their home! I’ve personally already recommended them to a few friends and co-workers. They also provide detailed estimates to help a homeowner understand the full scope of work and associated costs in a very transparent manner before you get halfway into the project and change orders pop up because the contractor had a scope gap. Vista is tremendously honest up front and flexible, which is incredibly difficult to find in people and contractors these days! Highest recommendation I can give!

I originally requested the service of Vista remodeling to just do my master bathroom in my house. But after seeing the work he did, and how pleased I was with the results, one thing led to another. Then to another bathroom upstairs, then to the bathroom downstairs, and then to a full kitchen remodeling. We couldn’t be more happy with how our house looks. We went through the bidding process with Kestas and a few other contractors, in the end we chose Kestas because of he was personable, kind, gave us a competitive price, he’s hilarious and he was able to start immediately. On top of that we felt very comfortable with Kestas and had no problem having him in our house even when we were away at work. I needed a contractor for my bathroom remodel and got a couple of quotes from different companies. I ended up going with Vista Remodeling because Kestas was really great to work with, right from the beginning. He returned my calls promptly and kept looking for options for different countertops that I would be happy with (I was definitely indecisive). Kestas did a GREAT job on remodeling our kitchen. He was very thorough with every detail and did our granite countertops, removed wallpaper, painted, installed tile backsplash, added accessory cabinet knobs, and new lighting. Our kitchen remodeling is relatively involved with walls removal, duct work, new electrical wiring and all new cabinets, floor and appliances. I have had the pleasure dealing with Kestas over many years now ~ he has worked on small as well as large projects for me. From a entirely new bathroom remodel/construction that took a month to complete ~ to smaller jobs that last a few days or even just a few minor repairs for a few hours And he always comes thru in shining Colors ! Better than any of his Denver competitors……. Latest job was a bathtub/shower leak upstairs — had water leaking downstairs into the kitchen cabinets….was not a good thing Kestas managed to fit me into his schedule and investigated the problem – he had to dismount the kitchen cabinets – cut a hole into the ceiling – replace all the plumbing ……patch up the hole…paint it – re-install the kitchen cabinets………. He took care of a job on his own in one day ~ which would have taken many other crews twice as long and been twice as expensive ! Excellent work done on finishing my basement. Kestas was great with working with the limited budget that I had to design and finish my basement. So not did by basement come out exactly how I invisioned when I first began reaching out to contractors, I was also able to have it finished without breaking the bank. Not only were Kestas and his staff very professional, they also completed the job within a timely manner.
