Grand Solution

This full bathroom remodeling project was completed in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The reason that the customer wanted to renovate the bathroom was that throughout the large area more than 160 square feet, there was the small shower, which was used the most often and was incorporated into the original house structure.

Reflecting on the customer wishes, the bathroom design was done as they pleased. The customer requested to save the prime vanity cabinets.
The shower base was relocated and fully customized by extension to 45 x 68. The shower base bottom was glued with 2 x 2 porcelain tiles and the grout was used with a high-strength, 3-part 100% solids epoxy. The window is regular, but was re-installed into a 6 x 6 glass blocks with a vent, also the glass block was installed into one from the shower wall. The modern shower faucet with the rain shower head and body jets gave the excellent appearance, with that the 3/8 tempered clear glass shower door and panel with brush nickel hinges and contemporary style door handles were used.
For unique purposes, the project required a small size and a little deeper bathtub. Around the shower walls and the bathtub were 6 x 6 porcelain tiles. For the clients comfort we build a shower bench and for the front tub, a nice small step. For the vanity counter tops, we used 3 cm. granite slabs, two glass vessel sinks with modern style tall faucets. The mirror was framed by custom size and was outfitted with a contemporary and elegant 3-light bath wall vanity lights. For the top of the fire place, we used travertine 12 x 12 tiles and 1 x 3 travertine ledger for the sides. In the floor were installed warming wires and programmable thermostat. For the bathroom floor was used a 12 x 12 porcelain floor tile with 6 x 6 accent tile.

Now every day, the client walks into the warmth and comfort of their bathroom.
